1. Seller and contact

2. What you purchase
Starter is a digital marketing toolkit, sold for USD 29. Premium is an optional USD 59 expansion; the combined price is USD 88. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. No subscription is required for the downloaded product to work. A future membership, if offered, will require a separate affirmative agreement.
3. Delivery and account access
After verified payment, you can open your kit in the purchasing browser. A private email link also provides dashboard access and downloads. No password or ChatGPT account is needed. If you use another device, request a new link with your purchase email. Keep your downloaded copies. Dashboard availability and future feature changes do not revoke your licence to files already purchased. We do not promise permanent hosting or unlimited future updates.
4. Licence
A purchase permits one business to adapt the templates, campaigns and layouts for its own marketing and client communications. Team members working for that business may use them. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share the unmodified library, or use it to build a competing template product. This does not restrict your ownership of original business facts, client relationships or content you independently create.
5. Your use
You are responsible for verifying prices, availability, permissions, policies and service suitability before sending or publishing. Use lawful contact lists and honour opt-outs. Do not upload salon client lists, payment details or health information to the toolkit or an AI provider. The toolkit does not send messages, manage salon appointments or replace professional treatment advice.
6. Results and external tools
No number of bookings, customers, income or saved hours is guaranteed. Results depend on your audience, services, execution and local demand. External booking, messaging, design and AI services have their own terms and possible charges.
7. Refund policy
You may request a refund of the relevant purchase price within 14 days of purchase by contacting support with your order reference. No claim of poor results or proof of implementation is required. Refunds go to the original payment method where possible. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Access to refunded content ends when a refund is processed; any partial refund will be reviewed fairly before access is adjusted.
8. Service issues and rights
If content is missing, materially misdescribed or inaccessible, contact support so the issue can be investigated and remedied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies.
9. Governing law and disputes
Governing jurisdiction: Greece. Mandatory protections in a customer’s location continue to apply.
10. Changes
Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under an earlier purchase. Contact details must remain available for access and refund requests.
